SERVICES

TheViralGrow provides services strictly for promotional and visibility purposes on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other platforms.

• We do not guarantee interactions from new followers unless the service specifically states otherwise.
• We do not guarantee that all accounts delivered will have profile photos, bios, or posts, although we strive for high quality.
• You must not upload prohibited or inappropriate content to TheViralGrow, including nudity, offensive material, or content violating social platform policies.
• Private accounts will not receive refunds. Ensure your account is public before placing an order.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are added only to your TheViralGrow account wallet and can be used for future orders.

Once your payment is completed and your wallet has been credited, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks.
If your payment does not reflect in your wallet, contact TheViralGrow support and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

If you file a chargeback after your wallet has been credited, we may:

• Terminate your account
• Cancel all future orders
• Remove delivered services from your accounts

If your order does not start or is not deliverable due to our system, we will refund the amount to your TheViralGrow wallet.

No refunds are provided for:
